Bangkok International Children’s Theatre Festival 2016 - 2024

Since its inception in 2016, the Bangkok International Children’s Theatre Festival, or BICT Fest, has been providing performing arts experiences and making an impact on Thailand’s cultural scene.

 

 

A dynamic team of theatre practitioners and arts managers at BICT envisions the enchanting power of theatre, seeking to elevate creativity and broaden young minds’ horizons. BICT Fest aspires to cultivate creativity, connect cultures, and inspire through the world of theatre in Thailand.

 

 

Suranya (Organ) Poonyaphitak has been integral to BICT, actively involved in project management for BICT Fest since the beginning.

 

 

Started in 2016, Organ has been an integral part of the biannual Bangkok International Children’s Theatre Festival (BICT Fest), where she has taken on diverse responsibilities ranging from project coordination and administration to financial management.

 

Her dedication and involvement in BICT Fest have extended across multiple editions, including the upcoming projects in 2023 and the anticipated 4th edition BICT Fest in 2024. She has also been instrumental in the success of events such as the 3rd edition BICT on(line) the MOVE in 2021, BICT PLAY FROM HOME online creative activities in 2020, 2nd edition BICT Fest in 2018, BICT Creative Workshops in 2017, and the inaugural 1st edition BICT Fest in 2016.
